Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping within Finland, the EU, and outside the EU. Domestic shipping within Finland typically takes around one week to deliver, while shipping within the EU can take up to a week or one and a half weeks to deliver. Outside of the EU, shipping times can take up to two weeks.
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times and local delivery services. We are a fairly new e-commerce store and will do our best to deliver your clothes as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Costs
We offer shipping which are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-5 business days of receiving payment. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you to provide an estimated shipping date.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside of the EU, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be assessed by the recipient's local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information about these fees before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@malimania.com to receive a return authorization number. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
